Stroke Yoga™
Stroke Yoga™ is designed by a stroke survivor, for stroke survivors. Classes meet you where you are — chair, mat, standing, or seated — and focus on what your body can do today.
Build balance, body awareness, and stability through breath-led movement that honors your affected side.

Small Group Yoga
Gather your people — family, friends, coworkers, support group — and we'll design a session for your group's pace, intention, and ability range. In-studio, in-home, or on Zoom.
Rest and Restore: Gentle
Slow, supported postures with extended holds. Perfect for stress relief and recovery.
Strengthen and Lengthen: Mild
A balanced flow that pairs gentle strengthening with deliberate stretching.
Energize and Invigorate: Moderate

200hr Yoga Teacher Training
A thorough foundation in teaching accessible yoga: anatomy, philosophy, sequencing, breathwork, and the practical skill of holding space for every body in the room. Scholarships available; schedule is customizable.
