Stroke Yoga sessions offer a supportive, accessible approach for stroke survivors to build physical strength, stability, and mental resilience.

Each session focuses on gentle movements, balance-building postures, and breathwork, suitable for any experience level.

This yoga for stroke survivor program nurtures body awareness, mindfulness, and coordination, helping participants feel confident in their movement.

Stroke survivors always qualify for a free four-week introductory session to experience these benefits firsthand, then continue weekly for just $8 per session or join our Stroke Yoga Club for $55 monthly. Class to include:

  • Variety of posture poses (asana)

  • Music if appropriate

  • Linking breath with movement (vinyasa)

  • breathing practices (pranayama)

  • Chanting mantras, spiritual positive texts, and affirmations

  • Yoga Nidra, is great for the affected stroke side. Promoting rest and relaxation in the body. 

After 4 sessions if you want to continue:

You can pay $8 per 90 minute session for maintenance.
