Still blessed to be able to continue doing me after my stroke at the age of 58, had to stop working. Working 38 yrs to not doing nothing was a game changer. Now, sixty- two it is a beautiful thing. A blessing, to be able to still be active in everything. Thanks to Rachel, yoga helps get me through my days. Meditation is the key to it all, for me didn't realize how much it made me relax along with the breathing exercises. It takes me to a place of gratitude & Peace within myself. There is nothing like a peaceful mind.
